Concordia students are eligible to enroll, and the course will be fully credited at Concordia (3 credits) for upper-level BA students (as a 400-level course) and MA students (as a 600-level class).
The course will take the form of a seminar with several guest participants from Canada, Latin America, and Europe.
Registrations are open now. To register, you will first need to obtain permission from Dr. Graham Dodds, Undergraduate Program Director at the Political Science Department, at: g.dodds@concordia.ca , or Dr. James Kelly, Graduate Program Director, at james.kelly@concordia.ca (depending on whether you are and undergraduate or Masters student).

Note that the course is bilingual, so you will need working knowledge of both French and English.
